Virtual Reality

What is VR | Panoramic ?

Virtual Reality (VR) is an immersive technology that places you directly inside a digital environment, allowing you to explore spaces as if you were physically there. Combined with panoramic 360° imagery, VR enables a full visual experience that can be viewed on VR headsets, smartphones, or computers.

Rendering your project in VR or panoramic 360° imagery transforms how you visualise and interact with spaces. Unlike traditional renderings or videos, VR allows for a true sense of scale, depth, and layout. You can walk through a property, inspect every corner, and experience the ambience before it’s built.

Who Benefits?

  • Clients Visualizing Their Projects: VR offers an unparalleled way to understand and experience a design, ensuring confidence and satisfaction before construction begins.

  • Retailers: Showcase interior layouts and designs in VR to test functionality and customer flow, or to market retail spaces to potential tenants in a way that captivates and convinces.

  • Property Developers and Investors: Use VR to present properties to investors or buyers in the most compelling way, enabling them to explore and understand a project in detail, no matter where they are.

With VR and 360° virtual tours, you can bring designs and concepts to life, providing an interactive and engaging experience that inspires trust, excitement, and confidence in any project.

Our VR Process

  • 1. Initial Consultation

We begin by understanding your vision and the intended use of the VR or panoramic tour. During this consultation, you’ll specify the required resolution (e.g., 4K, 8K, or 16K), the areas you want the 360° imagery to focus on (such as the centre of a room or specific viewpoints), and the scope of the project. The number of panoramics will be tailored based on the scale and complexity of the project. You can also upload files or pictures to help us fully grasp your requirements.

  • 2. Site Survey or Input from You

If you’re local, we can visit your site to survey your property, project, or house, gathering the details we need for accuracy. Alternatively, you can provide photos, dimensions, or other relevant information, allowing us to model your project precisely in our 3D software.

  • 3. Initial Concepts

Using the information gathered, we’ll create a plan for the VR tour or panoramic imagery. This includes selecting key positions for 360° renders, designing the environments, and mapping out the journey through the space.

  • 4. Presentation of Concepts

We’ll present these concepts to you for review. This collaborative step allows us to ensure the resolution, placements, and overall experience align with your expectations. Adjustments can be made to fine-tune the direction of the project.

  • 5. Creating the VR Experience

Once approved, we proceed to create the VR environment or panoramic imagery. This step requires significant rendering time, especially for higher resolutions like 8K or 16K, as every detail must be perfected for an immersive experience. The imagery is stitched together to ensure seamless transitions between viewpoints.

  • 6. Final Presentation

The completed VR tour or panoramic imagery will be presented in your preferred format. This can be done via email, a virtual meeting, or in person. You’ll have the option to make 1–3 minor adjustments if necessary, and we’ll incorporate those changes before final delivery. The end product will be optimized for VR headsets or other devices, and ready for showcasing.
